The Architectural Review Committee is composed of 5 members appointed by the Board of Directors. They work with individual homeowners to ensure all exterior modifications are in compliance with the architectural guidelines, which helps preserve a desirable uniformity within the community. The committee reviews all applications for exterior alterations and/or improvements to all homes prior to work being done, to ensure that projects meet the requirements set by the community.

It is the duty of owners to apply and receive approval before starting any project that pertains to exterior appearance. Therefore, no exterior modification, addition, or alteration may be made unless the plan has been submitted to, reviewed and approved by the committee. ARC applications should be completed and submitted to Seaside Management with all necessary fees, color and material samples, plans, etc. and will then be forwarded to the committee for review.
